Home Visits

Patients are expected to attend the surgery for consultation wherever possible. If you are too unwell to come to the surgery you must phone the surgery by 11.00am to request a home visit. The receptionist will ask for details that will be passed to the doctor to help them assess the urgency of the case.

There is no “right” to demand a home visit.

Please remember that six patients may be seen at the surgery in the time that it takes for one home visit.
